Shipping Policy
We aim to get your order out quickly and delivered safely. Please review the details below.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Mountain Time), excluding holidays.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high shipping volume.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- Once an order is handed off to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
- Storm Shell TV is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Shipments
- Inspect your order upon delivery.
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with photos of the damage and packaging.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States. For other regions, please contact us before ordering.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
