Do you sell replacement parts?

Can I install the fan myself?
Yes. We recommend reviewing the fan installation instructions included in the accessory manual before installing.
What direction should the fan accessory blow air?
The fan should blow airintothe Storm Shell enclosure.
Can I mount the Storm Shell on a single stud?
No. The unit must be mounted to at leasttwo studs, or installed using a compatible mounting solution such as a pole & bracket ceiling mount kit or Storm Shell cart.
Do I need an adapter mounting plate?
No, not in most cases. An adapter plate is only needed if you want to mount the enclosure in a specific position where studs do not align.
Note:Adapter mounting plates are non-refundable.

Is my TV safe inside the Storm Shell during winter or summer?
We recommend following your TV manufacturer’s temperature and storage guidelines to ensure safe operation and longevity.
Can the Storm Shell be placed in direct sunlight?
Yes. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause some fading of the enclosure over time.

Do you make a Storm Shell larger than the 75" model?
No, 75" is currently the largest size available.
Can I buy the Storm Shell without the included TV bracket?
No. Storm Shell enclosures are sold as a complete system and include the mounting bracket.
