Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy outlines our return process, refund terms, and product warranty.
Returns (90-Day Policy)
We accept returns on products purchased directly from stormshelltv.com within 90 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be in like-new condition
- Must include original packaging, manuals, and all accessories
- Proof of purchase from our website is required
Products purchased through third-party retailers (such as Amazon) must be returned through the original seller.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once shipped, orders must follow the return process and may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery
- Report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery
- Photos may be required to process claims
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%
Returned items must arrive in good condition. Damage during return shipping may reduce or void the refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 10–14 business days for processing
Any applicable fees (restocking, return shipping, or handling) will be deducted from the refund.
Returned to Sender Shipments
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, a $25 fee will be deducted from the refund.
3-Year Limited Warranty
Storm Shell TV enclosures are covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase if purchased after Jan. 1, 2026. All other purchases will be covered under our 90-Day Limited Warranty.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty materials or workmanship
What Is Not Covered
- Improper installation or failure to follow instructions
- Damage from weather beyond intended use or extreme conditions
- Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Third-party accessories or components
- Labor, installation, or removal costs
Warranty Terms
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
- Proof of purchase is required
- We may repair, replace, or refund defective products at our discretion
Outdoor Use & Installation Disclaimer
Storm Shell products are designed to provide protection for outdoor TVs, but proper installation is critical.
- Customer assumes responsibility for correct installation and mounting
- We are not liable for damage to TVs, structures, or property due to improper installation or environmental factors
- Exposure to extreme weather conditions may impact product performance
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storm Shell TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to televisions or other property.
