Warranty Information

3-Year Limited Warranty

Effective January 1, 2026, all purchases include a 3‑year warranty. Prior purchases remain covered under the 90‑day warranty.

Models: Storm Shell TV Enclosures

Storm Shell TV warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase, subject to the conditions and limitations outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to products purchased through an authorized seller. Proof of purchase is required.

If a defect arises under normal use and proper installation during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace defective the product or part
  • Issue a refund of the original purchase price

Conditions & Limitations

  • The product must be installed and used in accordance with provided instructions.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
  • Damage caused by extreme weather conditions or environmental exposure beyond intended use
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Damage to televisions, mounting surfaces, or surrounding property
  • Labor, installation, removal, shipping, or transportation costs
  • Products used with non-compatible or third-party accessories

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storm Shell TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to damage to televisions or other property.

Additional Terms

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.
  • Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty, where permitted by law.
