Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Returns are available for items purchased from stormshell.com if the following conditions are met:
    • In new condition with the original packaging with manuals and accessories.
    • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • Order cancellations are only available if the product has not left our facility. In the case that it has already shipped, the order will be subject to return fees.

Procedure:

  • Contact Customer Service at 435-752-6611 or cs@energywise.com for return authorization and instructions.
  • Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon receipt and report any defects, damage, or wrong items immediately.
  • Claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted within 30 business days of delivery.

Shipping and Fees:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Original shipping charges and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies for returns beyond 30 days.

Refunds:

  • You'll be notified once the return is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Fees incurred (e.g., restocking, return to sender, cancellation) will be deducted from the refund.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
  • Note: Shipping costs for Canadian orders are non-refundable.

Return to Sender Items:

  • A $25 shipping charge will be deducted from refunds for undelivered packages returned to our warehouse.

Shipping Your Return:

  • After getting approval and instructions from our team, place the item in its original packaging with all documents and accessories.
  • Use the provided shipping label for returns within 30 days. For returns after 30 days, the customer covers shipping costs.
  • Ensure the item is returned undamaged and in good working order.
