Storm Shell Fan Accessory (only compatible with products manufactured after 4.1.20)

The fan was easy to install, helps with humidity and heat.

Good afternoon, I installed the fan according to the instructions, I thought that the fan has a built in on and off switch but I’m not sure if that fan has to run all the time. Regardless it works, so thank you.

The fan works but the cord is almost too short to reach the plug which is just outside the Storm Shell. Also, this is a 24/7 fan unless you unplug it. I installed a smart plug that I can control from an app or set up a schedule for but this. I worry that this fan's motor will burn out before too long if left on continuous run as it's designed.

The TV & Storm Shell is hung on a wall outside my master bedroom. While the fan is running you can hear it from both the patio area and the master bedroom. Because of this, I had to buy a timer to plug the fan in to so that it turns off once the sun goes down, and we get ready to go to bed. Hopefully the fan will work with my 2nd 55" TV, the original TV that was in the Storm Shell was in there for only 4 months before it was cooked due to the heat. Fingers crossed.

Fan stop working the same day. Sent message to storm shell about it. No one has gotten with me about a replacement fan
